Explore rubber band engineering in this exciting class where we will be creating wind-up helicopters and propeller-powered cars. Recommended for ages 7 and older. $5 per adult/child pair, plus NYSCI admission. (NYSCI Members: $3 per adult/child pair.) Register on the day of the event at the NYSCI admissions area.

Rubber Band Engineering will take place on the following days from 1:30 – 3 pm and from 3:30 – 5 pm:

April 5 & 6 – Wind-Up Helicopters and Propeller Cars
April 13 – Wind-Up Helicopters and Propeller Cars
April 19 & 20 – Catapults

Rubber Band Engineering will take place in Maker Space. Maker Space is made possible thanks to an investment by Cognizant through its Making the Future education initiative.
