Picturing Female Robots and Androids

Art Exhibit

Loading Events

View images of female robots, mannequins and dolls from films, television, video games and more. Robots, androids, mannequins and dolls reflect our age-old efforts to create artificial beings that look amazingly lifelike. They also reveal to us our changing view of women themselves. This exhibit is based on Julie Wosk’s recent book My Fair Ladies.
