Join NYSCI Neighbors for Hispanic Heritage Month! Celebrating the culture and community of Queens with a day filled with hands-on activities, music, dance, raffles and much more.

Activities include:

  • An appearance by the Queens Library Bus, a mobile library where residents can borrow books, sign up for a library card, play video games, and receive a free gift (while supplies last).
  • Information tables from Queens organizations and Cultural Institutions.
  • Dance performances from local Queens dance companies
    • Ayazamana Dance Group: 11:30 am
    • Zumba: 12:30 pm
    • Demonstration by the Queens Zoo: 1 pm
    • Father Billini Association Dance Group: 1:30 pm

This event is free with NYSCI admission. Get here before the event and receive FREE general admission between 10 – 11 am.
