When you look at the natural world under a microscope, all kinds of beautiful abstract patterns appear! This month in Maker Space, we will be taking inspiration from this microscopic world as we explore the art of needle felting to create unique and colorful, works of wool art. Recommended for ages 6 and older.

$3 per adult/child pair, plus NYSCI admission. (Members: $1 per adult/child pair.)

Make It: Felt Painting will take place:

  • February 10: 1:30-2:30pm, 3 – 4 pm & 4:30 – 5:30 pm
  • February 11: 1:30-2:30pm, 3 – 4 pm & 4:30 – 5:30 pm
  • February 17: 1:30-2:30pm, 3 – 4 pm & 4:30 – 5:30 pm
  • February 18: 1:30-2:30pm, 3 – 4 pm & 4:30 – 5:30 pm
