A microscope facility housed on a solar-powered 1974 transit bus.
Travel into worlds smaller than the eye can see aboard the BioBus, the world’s only state-of-the-art microscope facility housed on a solar-powered 1974 transit bus. Zoom in on the tiniest of animals to find its microscopic beating heart, or use a handheld microscope to magnify your own eye and watch it pulsate in response to light. Project your discoveries onto large digital displays for your friends and family to see.
The BioBus is suitable for all ages and backgrounds, so come on board for a carbon-neutral, hands-on tour of the microscopic world.
Free with NYSCI admission.
