Design Your World!

What would your world look like if you had a chance to design it? Explore electricity while creating your own house powered by LED lights. Use your creativity and problem solving skills to design a device that would help you survive on a deserted island. Investigate the principles of light and create your own shadow puppets. Learn about gravity, air resistance and air pressure while designing devices that will be launched from 20 feet in the air! Participants will have an opportunity to explore our new exhibition Design Lab, which opens in June!

 After School Science Club Fall 2014

After- School Science Clubs offer students a fun and enriching science experience one day a week. Club activities are designed to enhance topics or skills that students are learning in school. Each session includes homework help, snack time, exhibit exploration and theme-related science experiments. Clubs are offered one day a week for a total of 8 sessions.  Snacks will be provided.
