Howard is responsible for implementation and support of the NYSCI desktop experience. He is also team lead for supporting special projects and technical needs for SciPlay. Howard is a graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science. He continued his education at Farleigh Dickinson University where he received a graduate degree of MBA in Finance.

After school, Howard joined LoBue Associates, Inc. as a management consultant. LoBue is an international firm based in Nevada and is a provider of consulting services to major domestic and foreign banks in 40 countries. During his employment, Howard participated and managed large multi-million dollar projects in the area of organization realignment, process/product design, automation, and services improvement. Howard has in-depth experience in call center design, process re-engineering and business optimization. Each of these project involved contracted deliverables, expense savings and quality of service enhancements. Howard was promoted to head the corporate IT function at LoBue. He managed the technical needs and budget of the corporation. Howard was also one of the principal designers of a proprietary software platform called LAPIS, which provided the platform and control for all consulting projects.
