Learn how to engage your students using video games at this free, two-day program. NYSCI staff will demonstrate how to use a free web-based resource, Gamestar Mechanic, to build systems thinking and 21st century skills, and to create a motivation for STEM learning.

Correlations to computer science standards and NYC Science Scope & Sequence standards will be made.

This course is recommended for teachers working with students in grades 3–5.
This free course is held from 9 am – 3 pm on July 6 and July 7. Participants must attend both days. Lunch will be provided.
