Teens can learn to hack a digital game and create a wearable game controller glove in this two-day workshop. Playable Fashion is a cutting-edge program that encourages teens to learn across divisions of fashion, technology and game design. Among the things teens will learn:

  • Game Design: The digital tools, concepts and methodologies needed to design a good video game.
  • Fashion: How to design, fabricate/sew your own wearable game controller, that corresponds with your digital game.
  • Technology: How to build your own circuits and soft switches/sensors.

The Playable Fashion workshop will be taught by Kaho Abe, Ramsey Nasser and other professional game designers. Open to ages 14–18. Limited spaces available. Advance registration is required.
