Fritz Grobe and Stephen Voltz, a.k.a. the Coke and Mentos guys, show you how you can pull off some of the most awesome science experiments of all time – in your own home.  Fritz and Stephen have appeared on Letterman, Ellen, Mythbusters, and more, and their viral videos have been seen over 150 million times. Now visitors at the New York Hall of Science can get a look at some of the most amazing projects from their new book, How to Build a Hovercraft.  From a paper airplane launcher that sends 10 airplanes flying all at once to a paper waterfall made from 5,000 sticky notes, from a mini-rocket car powered by Coke and Mentos to a hovercraft powered by a leaf blower, come see how you can transform ordinary objects into extraordinary experiments.  Fritz and Stephen combine a love of science with a love of awesome, to show you that you’re never too old to be the coolest kid on the block!

Free with NYSCI admission.
